We are engineers, architects, developers, technicians and specialized consultants: a team with IT skills and a deep knowledge of the environmental and tax sector. Since 1991 we have been developing projects, integrated solutions, applications for waste management, or even better, for managing the entire integrated waste cycle. We address the Public Administrations, Local Authorities, external consultants and producers, managers and intermediaries of industrial waste to whom we propose complete management solutions.

Experience
Since 1996 we develop solutions, projects and products for the application of the Environmental Hygiene Tariff. In that year the Wintarif software for the Consortium of Municipalities of the Navigli was born as a project for the management of the quantitative rate (TIA) with “tag system”. The system proposed to the Consortium of Municipalities of the Navigli was mentioned, among other things, as an example of excellence in some episodes of the well-known“Report” broadcast by RAI Tre (“Odyssey in Pattume” season 1999/2000 and “Odissea nel pattume – update of 29-09-1999 “(season 2005/2006).

Founders of the TARES Group
In December 2011, following the approval of article 14 of the “Salva Italia” decree establishing the new levy on “waste and services”, Softline gave life to the important initiative “TARES Group” which involved – at national level – a group of companies and consultants to work together on the standard.

PAYT Italia Association
Since 2014 SOFTline is also a member of Payt Italia, an association that gathers public and private operators with the aim of contributing to provide the legislator with useful elements to define a fair tariff system, simple to apply and in line with the relevant European legislation. SOFTline is also a member of Assintel, the national association of ICT companies.

In 2006 Softline obtained ISO 9001 quality certification both for the development of software and integrated solutions for the management of urban and industrial waste, and for technical-environmental consulting services.
