This month SOFTline s.r.l. received the invitation from the Jordanian Ministry of Finance, Tax Department (ISTD) to propose electronic invoicing and tax collection solutions, in the context of the development of e-governance policies recently adopted by the Jordanian Government. The Ministry’s objective is to explore the best solutions adopted at international level to launch a pilot project shortly in order to test its effectiveness before proceeding to its extension to a national level.
SOFTline responded by proposing an analysis of the main options (B2B, B2CL, B2GO, etc.) and a series of operational modules that can be implemented in a pilot project capable of involving certain predefined sectors together with the Ministry of Finance. The analytical text and the project proposal, currently being examined by the Giordano Ministry, will last about one year and will involve the Company and local experts.

SOFTline s.r.l. was involved by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Industry in defining the architecture of an electronic compendium of food processing technologies. The compendium, based on the definition of DBases for specific sectors related to food processing and related packaging, is intended to network the most advanced technologies with the aim of favouring their selection and adoption by the Saudi industry.
SOFTline responded by submitting a project that provides for the definition of the overall architecture of the platform and the definition of the specific DBases, as well as the methods of interaction between the DBases and use by the Companies and the Ministry itself. The project, currently being examined by the Saudi Ministry, will last 6 months and will involve the Company and numerous international experts in the Food Processing and Packaging sectors.
